How can we help?
How does the escrow protection work?
When you accept a creator's offer, the money is locked in escrow — the creator can see it's funded but can't touch it. You review a preview first — image previews carry a visible watermark, video previews are sent as short clips — you can request revisions, and the payment is only released when you approve the final delivery. If a delivery is left unanswered, it auto-completes after 72 hours.
What appears on my bank statement?
All charges appear as “LL MEDIA” — nothing that reveals the nature of this site. Your display name is a pseudonym; your real identity is never shown to other users.
How are creators verified?
Every creator is reviewed by a person on our team before their profile goes live: we look at the profile, the sample work, and the signed 18+ declaration, which is stored with a timestamp and cannot be edited afterwards. We are adding an identity check through an independent verification partner before we open to the public — until that is live, we say plainly that the review is manual rather than claim more than we do.
What if the delivery isn't what I asked for?
First use your included revisions — describe precisely what should change against the brief. If it still doesn't match, open a dispute: a human reviews it against the binding brief within 72 hours and can refund from escrow.
How do creators get paid?
Creators keep 85% of every order (one flat 15% platform fee). Earnings land in the wallet on approval and can be withdrawn via the payout methods in Settings.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We'll send a reset link that's valid for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger zone. Your profile is anonymized permanently. Active orders must be finished and your balance withdrawn first — that protects everyone's money in escrow.
What content is prohibited?
Anything involving minors, non-consent, in-person services, or content illegal in your or our jurisdiction. Every request is moderated before going live; violations lead to permanent suspension and, where required, reports to authorities.
