Acceptable use policy
This page says plainly what may and may not be commissioned, offered or uploaded on lalalust. It applies to every request, every offer, every catalogue entry, every delivered file and every message. Breaking it costs the account, and where the law requires it, we report.
Everyone on lalalust
Is an adult, 18 or older — or older, where the law where they live says so. Appears voluntarily, knows what the material is for, and can withdraw that consent. Is identifiable to us through the declaration stored with every upload.
Never allowed
- · Anyone under 18, in any form: real, drawn, generated, described, or an adult presented as a minor. This is reported, not just removed.
- · Anyone who has not consented — hidden cameras, material shared without permission, sleeping or unconscious people, revenge content.
- · Coercion, trafficking, or any sign that a person is not there of their own free will.
- · Real violence, injury, blood, weapons used against a person, strangulation, or anything presenting harm as sexual.
- · Animals.
- · Incest or family framing, including role-play using those words.
- · Bodily fluids beyond the ordinary, scat, urine as a category, menstrual content.
- · Impersonating a real, identifiable person, or naming one without their consent.
- · Anything illegal where either party is, and anything offered outside the platform to avoid our protections.
Not allowed on the marketplace
- · Meeting in person, escorting, or anything that turns a commission into a physical service.
- · Asking a creator to remove the watermark from a preview, or to deliver outside the escrow.
- · Contact details in public text — requests, offers and profiles stay on the platform.
- · Reselling or republishing what you commissioned, unless the creator agreed to it in writing in the brief.
How this is enforced
Every request, portfolio image, catalogue entry and project is reviewed by a person before it becomes visible. Every uploaded file carries a stored declaration of age, consent and rights, which cannot be edited afterwards. Anyone can report content from any page — see Report content.
If we act against you
You are told what was removed and why. You can appeal once, in writing, and a different person looks at it. Write to support@lalalust.com with the reference from the notice. We answer appeals within seven days. Money already held in escrow is not affected by a content decision — it is settled through the normal refund or dispute route.
Payment providers and card schemes require some of the restrictions above and may add more. When that happens, this page changes and everyone is told before it takes effect.
